Matilde Pizza Bar offerings are made with fresh and high quality ingredients—D.O.P. buffalo mozzarella from Salerno, I.G.T. wines and cheeses, D.O.P. Neapolitan San Marzano tomatoes and authentic prosciutto from Parma. The dough is a handcrafted combination of multiple flours, fermented for 48 hours. Fresh vegetables will be organic in most of the cases handpicked from local purveyors.
